She believes that therapy is a collaborative process and is committed to helping clients develop practical coping strategies, increase self-awareness, build resilience, and achieve lasting personal growth. Jackie approaches each client with warmth, authenticity, and a nonjudgmental perspective, fostering an environment where healing and positive change can occur.
